1. The quote includes 3 hours of event. Each additional hour costs COP $400,000.

2. Payment methods: cash, card and bank transfers to Bancolombia and Davivienda.

3. The menu must be confirmed at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, the number of guests initially agreed will be considered valid and its cost will be assumed by the client. The reservation must be paid in full 3 days before the event.

4. Invoicing will be issued once the reservation is confirmed. The electronic invoice will be sent to the registered email within a maximum of five (5) business days.

5. The reservation and the space will be confirmed once 50% of the total amount is paid. The balance must be paid before the event date.

6. Once payment is made, no refunds will be given. However, the date may be rescheduled for a new reservation.

7. Due to health regulations, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the restaurant.

8. If decoration is required, access is allowed between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Setup may begin from 4:00 p.m. Takedown must be done the following day between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

9. If materials are not collected on time, the client will be charged COP $200,000 per day for occupying the space.
